cupAlloc.txt is a file which is used in FIFA Manager 07 - FIFA Manager 10. It stores competition templates for cup competitions.

Syntax for rounds:

(Number of matches)[Match duration][-Restrictions] [+Number of new teams]

• Number of matches:
  • 1 - One leg
  • 2 - Two legs
  • R - Replay
• Match duration:
  • E - extra time
  • P - penalties
  • G - golden goal
• Restrictions:
  • -P - no premier-league teams
  • -S - no shuffle

Syntax for structure: [Function type](Position)(:Number of teams)(,)

• "-" - get teams from league
• "|" - get teams from level
• "W" - get FA cup winner
• "S" - get spare teams
• "C" - get cup champion
• "L" - get league champion
• "R" - get cup runner-up
